As advertised. Puts out LOTS of light, pleasant warm light for most times, and even brighter, whiter for detail work. I left the ballast and fluorescent wiring in place, in case I needed an 'undo,' but the LEDs way outstrip the fluorescents by any measure--brightness or color spectrum. Next time I'll remove all the innards. Great product!
