Returns of defective merchandise are good for 90 days -- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for defective merchandise. LED4RV will pay shipping charges back to you, once the item has been determined to be defective in manufacturing.
If you return non defective products we reserve the right to subtract the freight cost in part or in whole, from the amount refunded.

LED4RV normally ships via US Mail (USPS). We reserve the right to ship by whatever carrier we feel is best. Free shipping is in the mail in most cases. If your order is over $150.00 and need for it to be shipped UPS we can do that. If it is not over $150.00 and want it shipped UPS we may asked to pick up the freight.
Yes do ship to Canada but we need your phone number to be able to ship your items. The shipping software which allows us to track requires a phone number.
Also, orders to Canada are not free shipping. Canadian postal rates have gone up and we can not do free shipping. Please note, We have gotten some pretty high rates on orders via our shopping cart and when we ship the items we get a much better rate. If this happens we will refund the overage. We will not make a profit on freight!!!
