Returns of defective merchandise are good for 90 days -- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for defective merchandise. LED4RV will pay shipping charges back to you, once the item has been determined to be defective in manufacturing.

LED4RV normally ships via US Mail (USPS). We reserve the right to ship by whatever carrier we feel is best. Free shipping is in the mail. If your order is over $150.00 and need for it to be shipped UPS we can do that. If it is not over $150.00 and want it shipped UPS we may asked to pick up the freight.
